If you DON'T eat the right food, at the right time in the right portions, it’s hard to see results.
If you DON'T perform the right workouts for the right reasons, while you may get some initial results, you just won't be setting your body up to getting the best results in the least amount of time that lead to lasting fat loss, improved performance and reduced injury that truly feels amazing.
If you DON'T surround yourself with people who are with you on the same journey and get a research based program from someone like a run coach (who is also a physiotherapist and wellness coach) that can confidently guide you through the obstacles and challenges — it can be hard to reach your goals because there is no one there for you, cheering for you and keeping you accountable to putting in the work day over day.
